We brought those flavours home and adapted them into a simple, totally doable weeknight (or weekend) feast that you'll want to make again and again.
In this online cooking class, you’ll learn the secrets behind one of our favourite grilled chicken meals—starting with how to flatten a chicken for even grilling, and marinating it in vibrant achiote paste for that stunning red colour and deep flavour. We’ll show you how to build a full meal around it with easy blender salsas, fresh lime slaw, and a foolproof flour tortilla dough you’ll be amazed you made yourself.
