If you love to be transformed to another place & time, while sitting at the table wIth friends & family, take this class and learn to make classic Hungarian Goulash.  In this class we’re diving into the bold, rustic flavours of Hungarian Goulash, a rich, slow-simmered beef stew with tender onions, garlic, and loads of punchy Hungarian paprika.  Often difficult in its simplicity, we show you how to maximise flavour out of staple ingredients.   

This isn’t just about the stew. We’re also making hand-cut buttered noodles from scratch. They're soft, slurpy, and made for soaking up every drop of that deep red sauce.

You’ll finish this class feeling like you just cooked in your grandmother’s kitchen. No fancy tools, no stress, just real, satisfying comfort food.
