Do you want to make Ramen at home as good as your favourite restaurant?   Look no further!   Miso ramen is a popular and delicious variation of the beloved classic Japanese noodle soup. It features a savory and flavorful broth made from fermented soybean paste (miso), dried shiitake mushrooms and kombu, which gives the broth a rich and hearty taste.  Keep it vegetarian, or, optionally, add in Bonito Flakes to enhance the umami.   

We've added our favourite toppings which, when combined, creates a delightful and umami-packed dish that is incredibly satisfying!
