Mexican Pozole

Stop what you are doing and start making this stew!!   In this class you will learn how to work with dried chilies to make an authentic Mexican pozole, or stew.  Hominy (a wonderfully starchy corn) adds a depth of flavour and richness.   Even better the next day, this dish is highly addictive!  Have fun and garnish with all of your favourite Mexican toppings.

-Cucumber, Lime & Tajin (optional to start) 
-Mexican Pozole: a rich, complex one-pot meal consisting of sausage, chicken, hominy, homemade guajillo chili paste, corn and tomato.   
-Spiced Rice
