"...our family gathered did the class while watching your video. It was fantastic! We could pause the video when we needed a little extra time and then continue cooking. Our grown children got into the cooking and so did our 7 year old grandson. When we were sitting down enjoying our meal, everyone agreed that it was definitely a high end restaurant experience! The meat was very tender and juicy and the spice mixture was just right! I have had collard greens previously (in a very expensive restaurant in Charleston) and vowed never to eat them again, but using your recipe, they were delicious!
