From Client Rachel: "I was so excited to take the laska class but also had my hesitation to serve it to my family for supper. The flavours were amazing and complex, every bite  had different notes containing sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami.  The recipe wasn't over the top spicey making it appealing to those in my family that don't tolerate spicy food. My son who doesn't eat curry, went back for seconds. We all enjoyed it very much, served with rice. I can't wait to make it again and serve it with noodles. An amazing recipe to add to my rotation of recipes to make. Thank you ladies for breaking it down to manageable steps  to make a full flavour dish that will leave people asking for seconds."
