This is not a craft project. Over four live online days, tweens and teens cook alongside Red Seal Chefs Jody and Kirstie for a street food world tour that covers four countries, four real dishes, and four days of skills that will stick long after summer ends. We travel through Korea, Vietnam, Japan, and China. Every class ends with a meal worth bragging about.
Research shows that kids who cook are less picky, more adventurous, and significantly more confident in the kitchen and beyond. Cooking builds executive function, the same skills behind planning, sequencing, and problem-solving. It builds social connection. And most importantly, it builds the kind of real-world confidence that no participation ribbon can replicate. Your kid makes it from scratch. Your family eats it. They feel the difference.
ON THE MENU:
Day 1: Bibimbap A vibrant Korean rice bowl loaded with seasoned vegetables, a fried egg, and a gochujang sauce that ties it all together. Bold, colourful, and easier than it looks.
Day 2: Banh Mi Vietnam's legendary sandwich. A perfect collision of flavours and textures that campers will want to make on repeat.
Day 3: Quickie Ramen A proper ramen from scratch, faster than you think and better than any instant noodle they have ever had.
Day 4: Kung Pao Chicken A Chinese takeout classic made at home. Bold, spicy, and deeply satisfying.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Every registration includes four live online classes with Red Seal Chefs Jody and Kirstie, a full recipe package for all four dishes, and same-day class recordings sent to your inbox within four to five hours of each class. They can cook alongside with us live or revisit every dish on their own time.
Add ingredient delivery and we handle the rest. Pre-measured ingredient packs for all four classes ship directly to your door, four generous servings per meal.

DESIGNED FOR: Tweens and teens aged 11 to 16. Younger kids are welcome to cook alongside a parent.
CLASS RECORDINGS NOTE: The class recording and full recipe package will be sent to your inbox four to five hours after each class so they can cook on their own time, revisit a dish, or share it with the rest of the family.
