Braising is a true chef’s skill, and in this class, we demystify it for home cooks who want to take their comfort food to new heights. Learn how to transform a humble cut of beef into a dish that feels like it came straight from a fine dining kitchen.
With our expert step-by-step guidance, you’ll master the technique of red wine braising, build deep flavour, and create a stunning plate that’s both rich and elegant. Served with creamy polenta and aigre-doux carrots (a sweet-tart French-style glaze), this meal is pure magic on a plate.
Note: Your braise will need an additional 2 hours of gentle cooking after class—either the same day or anytime within the next 1–3 days. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.
