Fifteen years of cooking together, and this is the menu we wanted to share with you.

Fifteen years ago Jody and Kirstie opened the doors of The Culinary Studio with a simple belief: that great cooking should be accessible, technique driven and genuinely fun. Tonight we are celebrating that journey with the people who made it possible, you.

This menu, Gnocchi Carbonara,  is everything we believe a great dish should be: restaurant worthy, deeply satisfying and achievable with just a few chef tips & tricks in a home kitchen without spending your entire evening in it. The antipasto salad, loaded with cured meats, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and cheese, is finished with Kirstie's olive vinaigrette, a dressing that has lived permanently in her fridge for as long as we can remember and will likely end up in yours too.

This is an evening to cook, eat well, and raise a glass to FIFTEEN YEARS of cooking together, at a special price of only $15!
