Experience this legendary sandwich for yourself…just in time for Father’s Day weekend! All the the elements for this sandwich can be made ahead of time and enjoyed any time over this weekend!

It is fine time for us to pass the torch. When we cooked lunches at The Culinary Studio we would sell over 150 Triple P sandwiches in just over 1 hour!

In this class we will show you how to make a quick 'carnitas' style pulled pork as well as a discussion on how to smoke a whole pork shoulder/Boston Butt (NOT included in ingredient pack).

*Wine Pairing: Hayes Valley : A bright Cabernet Sauvignon and a match made in heaven with beef, lamb, game & poultry.  Grapes are sourced from some of the finest vineyards throughout the Central Coast of California, from San Francisco and Livermore to Paso Robles. The structure is medium acidity, medium to high tannin. A smooth finish.
