We are thrilled to carry this winery exclusive Gamay, hand-picked and crushed by foot! 

The colour is brilliant medium garnet. Nose Aromas of red cherry, cassis, forest floor, licorice and sage leaf 

Palate is medium-bodied and firm in structure; dry and grippy up front with cranberry undertones;  fine-grained tannins with extracted blueberry and tart cherry fruit; the finish is forceful yet elegant, driven by a feathery dusting of tannin & juicy red currant.  

Food Pairings: 

Steak frites, coq au vin, butternut squash or lentil-based dishes, lamb tajine, grilled pork sausages, roasted black cod, cajun shrimp and grits.'
