Easy Dinner Ideas: Vegan Mexican

Wednesday, January 17th | 5:00-6:30pm***

Mexican cuisine is known for its bold and robust flavors, which come from a variety of ingredients like chilies, garlic, onions, cumin, oregano, and more. Many of these flavors are plant-based, making it easy to create delicious vegan dishes!  In tonight's class fresh ingredients paired with spices and seasoning come together to add layers of complexity and depth to vegan dishes.   Add in some naturally vegan condiments, natural protein substitutes such as beans and a variety of textures, and you will create a feast you will make over and over again!

Get ready to throw a (vegan) Mexican Party with these easy and versatile dishes!
