Pommes Aligot is a traditional French dish that hails from the Aubrac region in southern France. It is a creamy and indulgent side dish made primarily from mashed potatoes, cheese, and garlic (think cheese fondue!). Paired with lemony Swiss chard & beef tenderloin for the ultimate expression of love!
