The French Connection

Friday October 21st  | 5:30-7:30 pm***

Host a French-themed dinner party, or get inspired by these dished for the holiday season!  We will show you how to make a traditional French onion soup (hint: it is vegetarian!!) along with a rich French country one-pot chicken stew.

Duck Confit + Blue Cheese Crostini with Dried Cherries**
French Onion Soup 
Fricassee de Poulet a L'Ancienne

Class & Ingredients: (pre-measured, serves 4): $125
Wine Pairing: 

*Wine Pairing: Mary Taylor Wine 'Anjou Rouge' 80 Cab Franc/20 Cab Sauvignon.  This dark cherry, herbal red is unoaked, crunchy, fruity and delicious.  Serve it after 10-20 minutes after refrigeration! 

**NOTE: duck confit (leg) is prepared.
