Technique Tuesdays: Learn to Braise

Wednesday November 9th, 5pm-6pm*

Regarded as one of the most difficult techniques to master, we show you how to turn that tougher cut of meat into something worthy of the most fancy party.  

Note: your braise will need to continue to cook after class is over (approx. 2 hours) either that same day, or within the next 1-3 days.
