Slow Food Sunday is all about enjoying an afternoon in your kitchen creating classic and comforting recipes from scratch with easy to find ingredients.  

On the menu today: Chicken & Dumplings featuring a creamy sauce & homemade savoury dumplings.

5-6 fresh thyme sprigs

3 large bone-in, skin on chicken breasts (do not substitute boneless)

¼ cup milk (approximately)
