Wine Pairing: The R8 Cabernet Sauvignon from California, by Mike Lancaster.   One sip and you're hooked!   Ripe flavors and polished yet vibrant tannins provide for a full bodied structure that is uncommon in wines at this price. This wine should be enjoyed in its youth with rich, flavorful food, and could whisk you away to a black-tie ball, a campfire in the woods, or a casual dinner with friends.
