Deep Dive: Perogies

Everyone loves perogies!  Perogies have become a beloved comfort food in many places around the world.   From dough to filling, we are excited to teach this family recipe to you!  Make and enjoy, or stock up your freezer!  

RECIPES (serves 4-6):
From scratch potato cheese perogies
Garnishes bacon, onion, sour cream, & sauerkraut

Wine Pairing:  As per our tradition, sipping an easy red wine while you make perogies is a must!   Perfect for today is our 'Latido de Sara' Wild Garnacha 2022

This dry, medium-bodied, red wine has aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry, with slight vanilla and caramel notes and a long, rich finish. Great on its own, it will also pair with grilled and smoked meats, earthy vegetarian dishes, as well as charcuterie board for starters.  "This can quite easily become your house red!"
