By popular request we bring you a Wine & BBQ Cooking Class! This Italian-Inspired menu will pair magically with the fantastic wines from Cave Spring Vineyard. Our hosts (the chefs & the winemaker) will seamlessly guide you through the tasting, and the cooking to make for a memorable summer evening.

*Brut & Pinot!! Our first pairing is the Cave Spring Dolomite Brut! A winery exclusive, this sparkling has lemon-drop acidity on the edges, with a lingering, lightly saline finish of citrus pith, toasted seeds and pie crust. Perfect with our grilled seafood course.
Our second pairing is the 2019 Pinot Noir Niagara Escarpment: the perfect red for BBQ, this wine is all about where it is grown. Silky tannins and succulent red currant fruit, with sweet, supple edges; the tannins soften and taper into a lengthy finish, melding effortlessly with persistent notes of ripe red and black berries, cedar and white pepper.
