Ingredients
- 4 egg whites, whipped until foamy
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 ½ cups gluten-free oats (or regular oats)
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup coconut strips
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy, then stir in the maple syrup.
- Add the oats, almonds, pecans, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and chia seeds. Use a spatula to mix well, coating everything.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then add dried cranberries and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the granola is golden and crisp.
- Allow the granola to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
